To exercise an hour or two daily (lol). I was impressed with my co blogger that she lose much weight from walking an hour 4 to 5 days a week. I mean she really lose a lot of weight that made me motivated. I was inspired by her determination and couraged to lose extra pounds eventhough she has 2 small children to take care of. Hmmmp, I am starting to exercise using my Wii Board fit than walking around the neighborhood. Although we have a safe environment but its too boring to walk alone with the cold breeze of the air. Glad that I got a Nintendo Wii Fit its a great alternative to exercise daily with so much fun.
