Diet Works!

Yes you heard it right, I revamped my diet scheme lately. Before, I work out hard but still the outcome was unimpressive. So I tried another way last week with my diet plan and it works! Well I still continuously work out using my wii fit an hour 5 days a week. But I changed my eating habit, In the morning, I fed myself with fresh fruits (either apple, grapes or pears) then during lunch I just grabbed the chilled salad with ranch dressing. When I got hungry during mid afternoon, ready to go oatmeal is my number one options. Then at night when hubby was around I just ate a piece of meat with a soup during our dinner. Its really working? I know at first its quite hard to continuous .... but believe me it works real fast. I lose 5 lbs in just a week ... yahoo! hoping my weight still dropping and be fit for life.
Breakfast

Believe me it works! Just stick to your diet.
