I am very excited for a long weekend because my husband been out for work for 3 days starting tomorrow. We are headed to South for a short vacation to enjoy Summer season. Well we are going another vacation sometime in September overseas. Well we are not going back home since we just having a 5 weeks vacation in my hometown last December but we might be going to Vatican City that both of us are dreaming to step in a Holy Place. Well if our vacation will not push true then he promise me to take me at the diamonds international and get me a set of jewelry LOL. What an interesting deal?

Happy Memorial Weekend

Its Friday night and I already done my laundry and cleaning our house in advance since its a long weekend that my husband is out for works till Monday. We are planning to go somewhere for 3 days and enjoy Summer season. Well I already pack our stuffs because we are heading in South tomorrow morning. Im very excited with our adventure but I need to get it done surfing about the estate planning and life insurance for my Mother in Law that she badly needed for herself. Oh well, Im just a good Daughter in Law so before I headed to bed I need to get it done before ruin our short vacation.

Bibingkang Galapong

Yes, I soaked the glutinous rice overnight then on the following day I grind it at the food processor and made a Filipino dessert Bibingkang Galapong that one of the popular desserts back home. My husband loves it and so my Mother in Law so I am planning to make another batch next week since I'm still have enough glutinous rice in my kitchen.

Its past 8 in the evening and my husband dearest just arrived home from work. Puto (Rice Cake)

I am craving for puto yesterday so I never hesitate to gathered all the ingredients and made by myself. It turned out really good especially it was chilled for whole day. Its really good to have a coffee on the side LOL with this munching goodies. Now, my good friend wants me to cook for the upcoming birthday of her Son so I'll better look and prepare the ingredients tomorrow for cooking early on Monday.

What a Busy Day

Its past 10 in the evening and good thing I'm done with my house works so here I am trying to sleep early because we are going out of town for a weekend gateway with my husband, But my dear Sister call me earlier and want me to surf about the inetsoft business intelligence software that shes badly need. Oh well, I need to get it done so that I have to email her later about what Ive find. Gosh, Im very sleepy but I need to get it done as what she wants me to do.

Planning to have a Business

If our business pursue couple of months from now then I have to order online the laser barcode scanner so that my work it lot more easier. But we still weighing in if we have to pursue another business this year since we have 2 existing business that need our attention. We have a meeting with our workers next weekend because few more days we have to start our mowing business this year. Hoping we have a good profit this year since last year we just bought the tools and equipments for our said business.

The Birthday Gift

I am undecided of what birthday gift I want for this year. Its between the ipod nano or the Ipad that I am itching to own. I decided to get the later part and I received it yesterday and boy I was really excited to play with it. Till now Im not done exploring my new toy. Maybe later at my hard earned money I will get an Ipad nano to upgrade my 4 years old classic ipod.Now, I am pretty excited to download the apps and playing with it whole day.
